2. Services
We offer custom book cover design services, including eBook, audiobook, paperback, hardcover and other formats as requested.
Final deliverables are provided in digital format unless otherwise agreed.
Any additional services or revisions outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
3. Payments
Payments for services must be made through the approved payment methods (e.g., Payoneer as agreed).
Work will only begin once the required payment or deposit is received.
All fees are non-refundable once the project has started, unless otherwise stated in writing.
4. Intellectual Property
Authoryn retains ownership of design drafts, concepts, and unused materials.
Upon full payment, final approved designs are transferred to the client with full rights for personal and commercial use.
Clients may not resell, redistribute, or claim unfinished or draft designs as their own.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate project details, materials, and instructions to ensure the best design outcome.
Any delays caused by incomplete or late submissions of required materials are the responsibility of the client.
6. Limitation of Liability
Authoryn is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
We are not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the client
While we strive to deliver high-quality designs, we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as increased sales or publishing success.
7. Revisions & Delivery
Each package includes a set number of revisions (as stated at the time of purchase).
Additional revisions may be subject to extra charges.
Delivery timelines will be communicated at the start of the project, but delays may occur due to client response times or unforeseen circumstances.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement in writing if the other breaches these Terms.
If terminated after work has begun, payments made are non-refundable for the portion of work completed.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of e.g., Pakistan/Canada/USA/UK/Australia depending on your jurisdiction].
